Once a flight is booked, CheapTripFares cannot guarantee any refund or modification unless allowed by the airline or travel partner.


2. Cancellation Requests

  • You can request a cancellation by contacting our support team at info@cheaptripfares.com or through your account dashboard (if applicable).
  • Cancellation charges vary depending on the airline, fare type, and time of cancellation.
  • Some tickets are non-refundable, including special deals, promotional fares, and last-minute flight bookings.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • The fare rules applicable at the time of booking.
  • The time remaining before the flight’s departure.

If your booking qualifies for a refund, it will be processed after deducting applicable airline penalties and CheapTripFares service fees.


4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7 to 21 business days, depending on the airline and payment method.
  • Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.
  • In case of third-party payment delays (e.g., banks or payment gateways), CheapTripFares is not responsible for processing time.

5. Flight Changes or Rescheduling

  • Any changes to your flight (dates, routes, passenger names, etc.) are subject to the airline’s policy.
  • Change fees and fare differences may apply.
  • CheapTripFares can assist you with rescheduling based on the airline’s availability and terms.

6. No-Show Policy

If you fail to check in or board your flight on time (“no-show”), most airlines treat the ticket as non-refundable.
Refunds or rebookings in such cases depend solely on the airline’s discretion.


7. Airline Cancellations or Schedule Changes

If your flight is canceled or rescheduled by the airline:

  • You may be eligible for a full refund or a free rebooking, depending on the airline’s policy.
  • CheapTripFares will assist you in processing refunds or rescheduling at no extra charge (beyond airline fees).

8. Service Fees

CheapTripFares may charge a nominal service fee for handling cancellations, refunds, or modifications. This fee is non-refundable, even if the airline refund is approved.
